Sime Darby Auto ConneXion Expands Ford Dealership Network in Sabah

KOTA KINABALU, March 7, 2023 – Sime Darby Auto ConneXion (SDAC), the exclusive distributor for Ford in Malaysia, today announced its latest dealership, Ford Kota Kinabalu (Penampang), Rightpower Corporation Sdn Bhd. Located in the heart of Penampang, the latest dealership marks second Ford 3S Centre in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, and its eighth facility in East Malaysia. It aims to serve one of Kota Kinabalu’s key town centres, complementing the existing dealership in Inanam.

With an investment of RM1 million into renovations, the new Ford 3S Centre will cater to customers’ end-to-end needs, offering sales to after sales services. The 3S Centre spans a total of 12,000 square feet, comprising a showroom area of 4,300 square feet and a service centre area of 4,500 square feet. It includes four service bays with a team of 16 members comprising highly trained Ford Certified Technicians and service personnel.

Ford Kota Kinabalu (Penampang), Rightpower Corporation Sdn Bhd is located along Jalan Penampang Baru, in Penampang, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. The 3S Centre operates from 8am to 5.30pm on Mondays to Saturdays and from 9am to 3pm on Sundays. This marks SDAC’s 37th facility nationwide.
