Ford Ranger Wins Silver at Carlist.my’s People’s & Editor’s Choice Awards 2021

KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia, 10 December 2021 – Sime Darby Auto ConneXion (SDAC), the sole distributor of Ford in Malaysia, recently collected a Silver award for their popular Ford Ranger nameplate, at the Carlist.my’s People’s & Editors’ Choice Award 2021.

The nomination for the Carlist.my’s People’s & Editors’ Choice Award 2021 is derived from the respective brands' popularity based on brand mentions and car buying data throughout the year. Consumers were asked to cast their votes for the top three car models for each category. For the Editors' Choice Awards, writers and editors rated the cars based on multiple aspects, before tabulating the scores and determining the winners. The voting process is documented and scrutinised by Carlist’s internal team of auditors to ensure data accuracy and fair evaluation process.
